Printer thinks it is working with a printhead of the wrong size (When the printer boots up does it say 64-xx where xx is the print head size? Ex: If a 5” printhead is on the printer it should say 64-05 when booting up)
Print quality (Spottiness/inconsistent gaps or lines)
Temperature too low
Too low of a pressure
Feeding too fast
Ribbon folded or wrinkled
Head position incorrect
